He's a Resident of Keyian Constituency since his Childhood to the date.
He was Elected by the Residence to represent the ward in the County assembly of Narok As well as Kilgoris Constituency.
He's a Learder who Value's Developments as well as he ensures 100% Education Transition in Keyian Constituency .
During his Leardership he mobilized many people through Articulating their grivernces in the County assembly of Narok.
STILL ON EMPOWERMENT.
As provided by the law 30% of government tenders are meant for the youth and women. However, in our country and by extension our constituency the above has not been the case. Infact tenders have been there since 1965 however our community has never been part of this economy. Hon Douglas Keton has a plan on how to get us as a community be part of that economy.
Mheshimiwa Charlie ole Sayua through his empowerment program will ensure more youth get an opportunity to open more companies and have them in line with the AGPO( Access to Government
Procurement Opportunities).The AGPO facilitates the youth, women and persons with disabilities to participate in government procurement.
Hon Charlie ole Sayua also promises to ensure that the youth benefit from the YEDF( Youth Enterprise Development Fund) which provides constituency based loans that supports youths in starting income generating activities. The YEFD also offers LPOs( Local Purchase Orders) and LSOs(Local Services Orders) which finances the youth in order to participate in government tenders.
Bearing in mind the 85% budget controlled by the national government and with this empowerment programme by Hon Charlie ole Sayua the youth will no longer be a tool for a political course but rather shapers of their present and future lives. The community will also get an opportunity to be part of that national economy.
